The Ligchine Leadership Team
Kyle Hohmann
President
Kyle Hohmann joined Ligchine in 2021 as the Director of Sales. Kyle has enjoyed a 20-year career leading teams selling concrete, excavation, underground utility, and environmental equipment in the construction industry. Kyle is also trained in interior and exterior concrete design and construction. On the weekends, you will find Kyle wrenching on old trucks or enjoying the lake with friends and family.
Stephanie White
Director of HR, Customer Support, and Procurement
Stephanie White has been with Ligchine since its inception in 2008 and has been involved in operations, sales, finance, HR, and procurement. Prior to Ligchine, Stephanie worked for an electronics company, where she started her career in procurement. When she’s not at work, you will find Stephanie traveling or spending time with family and friends.
Justin Foltz
Director of Product Development and Engineering
Justin Foltz joined Ligchine in 2016 and is heavily involved in customer support, innovation, and product development. Justin has been in the concrete industry for 25 years and is passionate about flatwork. Away from work, he enjoys spending time with his family and riding his Harley.
Heather Hughes
Director of Marketing
Heather Hughes joined Ligchine in March 2023 as the Marketing Director. Heather has many years of design and marketing experience, including 20 years working with a compaction and concrete construction equipment manufacturer. Outside work, you’ll find her on the lake, running a Labrador rescue or traveling.
Brad Koepke
Director of Operations
Brad Koepke began his journey with Ligchine in 2015 as an assembler transitioning into various roles across production management, procurement, and service. With his dedication and expertise, he is now the Director of Operations. Outside work, Brad finds joy in family activities, including cheering at soccer games or attending dance competitions.
Lindsay Lollar
Controller
Lindsay Lollar joined Ligchine in 2022 as an Accounting Specialist and has since been promoted to Controller. She has many years of experience in finance and accounting. When she’s not at work, she enjoys reading, going to the gym, and spending time with her husband.
