The Ligchine Leadership Team
Kyle Hohmann
President
Kyle Hohmann joined Ligchine in 2021 as the Director of Sales. Kyle has enjoyed a 20-year career in the construction industry leading teams selling concrete, excavation, underground utility, and environmental equipment. Kyle is also trained in the design and construction of interior and exterior concrete. On the weekends you will find Kyle wrenching on old trucks or enjoying the lake with friends and family.
Peter Ligman
VP of Product Development & Founder
Pete Ligman co-founded Ligchine in 2007 and has been involved in every aspect of the business, but his specialty is innovation, design and engineering. Prior to Ligchine, Pete was heavily involved in both farming and flatwork construction. Outside of Ligchine, Pete is always building something and chasing Whitetail deer in southern Iowa.
Stephanie White
Director of Customer Support & Founder
Stephanie White has been with Ligchine since its inception in 2008 and has been involved in operations, sales, finance, HR & procurement. Prior to Ligchine, Stephanie worked for an electronics company where she started her career in procurement. When she’s not at work you will find Stephanie traveling or spending time with family and friends.
Paul Buzzell
CFO
Paul Buzzell joined Ligchine in 2022 as our CFO. Paul has a strong finance and accounting background, serving as CFO for a manufacturing company in the hand tool industry, and has experience in M&A and business valuation. He currently serves on the school board in Mequon, Wisconsin. Paul enjoys working in the yard and spending time with his daughters.
Justin Foltz
Director of Product Development
Justin Foltz joined Ligchine in 2016 and is heavily involved in customer support, innovation and product development. Justin has been in the concrete industry for 25 years and has an intense passion for flatwork. Away from work, he enjoys spending time with his family and riding his Harley.
Brad Koepke
Senior Operations Manager
Brad Koepke began his journey with Ligchine in 2015 as an assembler transitioning into various roles across production management, procurement, and service. With his dedication and expertise, he is now the Senior Operations Manager. Outside of work, Brad finds joy in family activities, including cheering at soccer games or attending dance competitions.
Heather Hughes
Marketing Director
Heather Hughes joined Ligchine in March 2023 as the Marketing Director. Heather has many years of design and marketing experience including 20 years with a compaction and concrete construction equipment manufacturer. Outside of work, you’ll find Heather on the lake or managing a labrador rescue.
