The LIGCHINE E-Z Placer is a self-propelled concrete placer and line moving system all in a single, portable unit. This all-in-one machine provides industry-leading reach and maneuverability thanks to the 27’ (8.2 m) of 4” (10.2 cm) delivery tube, 360º swivel on the main and tip boom sections, and the agile steering system. With a 60” (1.5 m) wide footprint and a weight of 4,000 lbs. (1814 kg), the LIGCHINE E-Z PLACER provides a compact and versatile package that can efficiently be utilized in most job site applications.
The LIGCHINE E-Z PLACER is attached to the end of the delivery line, supported by a boom or line pump, and places concrete up by remote control. The operator can place material where needed while keeping personnel, equipment, and excess supply hose out of the pour area. The E-Z PLACER is suited for use with all industry accepted strike off methods and is ideally suited for use with a laser-guided concrete screed.
The LIGCHINE E-Z PLACER is a safe and labor-saving alternative to other material placement methods currently utilized on job sites. The E-Z PLACER places material safely and effectively with fewer moves of the supply system, eliminating the need for large teams of personnel providing backbreaking labor to move the supply system around the job site. The radio remote control allows the single operator to stand safely out of the pour area while maintaining excellent visibility to other equipment and personnel engaged in the pour.
